Pictures / Pictures / Pictures

This afternoon the kids and I had some free time to spend as we waited for our open house to end. The younger kids were in taking naps and so I hauled the older kids out for some pictures. We are needing to get pictures done for the ministry web site and other ministry related needs.

I can not tell you how much fun we had out there today. It really was a blast working with the kids and getting them to do some fun little things. I thought I would include some of the pictures we took out in the field behind the church.
We started out with Rachel and her violin.

Then we called out the two other kids that were awake and started shooting some more.

Our new little one woke up from her nap towards the end. We thought we would get a few pictures of her with Rachel - but she wanted nothing of it. She wanted her Mommy! So Rachel grabbed the camera and started taking pictures of Mommy and Baby. I thought they turned out pretty well.

Lots of changes for us here. We are excited about what God has for us. We just continue to pray for His Will in the selling of our house.

Thanks so much for stopping by - I am so glad you did. Trust you are making memories with your family - and reaching for the High Notes.

I love all your pics, but especially those of the older kids walking away. . . for some reason, I have a love for that kind of photo, and my favorite ones of my children are some we had taken a couple of years ago - walking away from the camera. They think I've lost my mind! LOL

Your pictures are absolutely dreamy. I'm not terribly good with a camera. I did post the newest picture of my "baby" today though.

Hi Martie,
I tried to comment earlier but I do not think it worked...I love your blog and the pictures of your kids. It is great to see how your family has grown over the years.

The pictures of your children were so good. They are beautiful. The one who plays the violin, I am sure that she plays wonderfully well. You and the baby was so sweet. Yes, my family are hitting the high notes and we are very thankful for each one.

I am praying for all the changes taking place in your lives and know God is opening door everywhere. connie from Texas
